Truffle Shaver

The truffle shaver is very useful to make very fine slices of truffle. It is made completely of stainless steel and has a screw which allows the adjustment of the slice’s thickness. It is easy to use and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

It can also be used to slice cheese or chocolate.
